Children’s madrasah classes – Monday to Thursday 4:30 – 6:30 PM

Classes are for boys and girls with separate teachers. Children are taught how to read the Qur’aan using al-Qaa’idah an-Nooraaniyyah along with proper tajweed and makhaarij.

Islamic studies is taught with emphasis on basic aqeedah and fiqh including pillars of Islam and eemaan, how to do wudoo’ and ghusl, how to perform salaah and daily adhkaar and du’aa.

Students also get the opportunity for sports and fun activities.

MADRASAH POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  1. Madrasah class starts at 4:30pm and finishes at 6:30pm Monday to Thursday except for public holidays or as advised.
  2. If a child is under 5 years, the guardian has to be present during class but not interfere in any way.
  3. Students' clothes should not have any images of living things on them.
  4. Girls' clothes should be loose and long. Boys' pants must cover their knees.
  5. It is recommended that all children be well groomed in accordance with Islamic standards.
  6. Students must abide by the masjid etiquettes at all times.
  7. Mobile phones, toys and other distractions are strictly not permitted in class.
  8. A fee of $5.00 per child is to be paid every week. Parents who find difficulty in paying should inform us.
  9. Students should continue coming to the madrasah even if the fee is not paid.
